First, we have a customer who needs a SPOT ORDER for 100.000 MT
Monthly 20.000 MT x 5 Months Contract.
Then monthly 50.000 - 100.000 MT.
Payment by 100% Irrevocable, Confirmed LC at destination port after SGS inspection.

Qty: The contractual quantity of the commodity sold and purchased under this Agreement is Total Quantity of 18,000,000 Metric tons (Eighteen Million MTs) in Three Years with a variation of plus-minus (+/- 5%) five percent as Seller’s option. The total quantity is equal to Contract of 36 Months i.e. (500,000 MT/MONTH * 36 Months), with possible rolls over and extension.
The product shall be deemed received by buyer when delivered to and accepted by buyer/end buyer at destination, as identified herein.
