- Payment Terms : L/C at sight or Revolving L/C
(Revolving L/C is possible when importing regularly under an annual contract)
- Packing
Pressure into a square shape, pack into 1ton bags, and then load onto pallets. And, this must be
specified in the SPA.
- Delivery
Shipment Schedule : Within 30 days after contract signing
- Port of Discharge : In-cheon Port, Republic of Korea
- Validity & Legal Status
This Letter of Intent is issued on a non-binding basis for negotiation purposes only and shall not
constitute a legally binding agreement. A formal Sales & Purchase Agreement shall be concluded
upon mutual agreement of all commercial and technical terms.
- 2% Performance Bond
The seller must issue a 2% Performance Bond to build trust with the buyer. And a warranty certificate must be attached to the SPA.
