PROCEDURES: CIF
1. Bayer issues the ICPO upon receipt of acceptance of the seller's mandate offer.
2. The seller issues the draft purchase and sale agreement for Bayer's analysis and signature.
3. Seller sends partial POP to Bayer by email:
(a) Product Availability Statement
(b) Supply Commitment
(c) Product passport
(d) Product Allocation Export License
(e) Company Registration Certificate
4. Bayer opens DLC to be released payment of the goods via MT 103 upon arrival of the
Ship in Brazil after SGS inspection at the port of destination.
5. Seller appoints and signs the Charter Agreement with Bayer and the Shipping
Company.
6. Shipment commences as scheduled in contract, perform SGS/Q&Q inspection or
equivalent inspection immediately after completion of loading.
