3. TTV - TANK TO VESSEL FOB PROCEDURES
1. Buyer Issues (ICPO) to the Seller with company profile, banking coordinates for approval.
2. Seller issues commercial invoice (CI), for the available quantity in the storage tank. Buyer
signs C.I returns to the seller.
3. Upon receipt of the CI the Seller provides the following documents to Buyer:
a. Tank Storage Receipt
b. Product certificate of quality & passport
c. SGS report
d. Product certificate of origin
e. Letter of authority to sell and collect
4. The Buyer issues an acceptance letter reference the issued documents to the Seller and
proceeds to issue to the Seller their vessel-charter Party Agreement (CPA), Authority to Load
(ATL) and Q88.
5. The Seller in conjunction with the Buyer and the buyers charter company conclude all
arrangements for the Buyers vessel to enter the port and proceed to the loading terminal.
6. The Seller obtains the clearance certificate from Terminal and issue DTA accordingly for
buyer and its SGS Agents to proceed with the dip Test inspection process in the seller’s tank.
7. Upon successful Dip Test, Terminal opens up communication with buyer's vessel and send
NOR to captain of the vessel to prepare for loading directly from the Terminal facility.
8. The Buyers vessels Captain/Master proceeds to pay for their vessel clearance into the
terminal in the usual manner utilising the introduction authority issued by the Seller or their
agent . The Terminal operator program and clears buyer’s vessel to the loading terminal.
9. Upon receipt of seller’s acceptance of vessel and agreed lay-can, the buyer instructs the
vessels master and confirms the ETA to Terminal for the injection process to commence
under the supervision of SGS (at the Buyers expense)or equivalent.
10. Upon completion of the injection/loading of the product into the Buyers vessels tanks,
SGS issue the certificate of quantity loaded to both the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller issues
to the Buyer the final commercial invoice.
11. The Buyer pays via Swift MT103/TT wired transfer for the total cost of the product as
per the final CI and Final SGS Q & Q report.
12. Upon receipt of the payment, the Seller transfers the Title of product to the Buyers
Company Name or the Buyers designated Name and issues the Title Holder Certificate/
Export license to the Buyer Company and all other clearance documents as required. The
seller pays all local taxes.
13. The Seller assists the Buyer and the Buyers agent to clear the vessel and the vessel
departs the port.
14. Seller pays All Intermediary Involved in the Transaction
Quantity - 1 container
Payment Terms:
Non Transferable, Non operative DLC MT700 as Bank Guarantee, becoming operative on receipt of 2% Performance Bond from seller's bank. Payment release in to seller's own account after positive SGS Q&Q at discharge port
