2. The Capacity of the Fermentation tank it will calculate due to the plant capacity which is 1000 MT/Year and due to your design you will found the volume.
3. Our product of citric acid will be for beverage and food Grade.
( but if there is any implementation for producing citric acid for pharma, you can mention it).
4. Control and monitoring system definitely is required.
5. Utilities such as water chiller, air compressor, and boiler generator are not required.
6. Packing system is required.
if daily production is more than 150 bags / 25 KG per day.
7. Yes, I'm the end-user and the owner of this project, and when it's designed by your company installation and training are required.
8. Citric Acid plant will be located in JORDAN - Middle East.
My requirement and scope :
1. Provide me the estimated area of the Citric Acid plant production line to prepare a proper land for installation requirements.
2. Citric acid production plant with Raw Materials (Molasses - Sugar Cane) submerged fermentation Technology
Brix 17% - 22 %
3. Citric acid product should be with Standard :
A. Colorless crystals(white)
B. Assay 99.5%-100.5 %
C. Moisture 7.5-8.8
D. Light transmittance >= 97%
4. Cost of Citric Acid plant including these points.
5. Shipping Cost or if i can select third party for shipping.
