Negotiations may only be conducted by the rightful owner of the Goods. DOCUMENTS should include:

2. Certificate of Origin
3. Export Documentation
4. Packing List
5. Airway Bill
6. Evaluation Report (EU)
7. Certificate of Analysis (EU)
8. SKR
9. If there is a certificate of insurance then also.
10. If there ever was one then also
- We only accept the Certificate of Analysis (EU) executed by IGAS, Landstrasse 88a, D-38644 Goslar, Germany (IGAS); and the Evaluation Report (EU) executed by IGAS or Institut für Seltene Erden und Metalle, Monchengladbach, Germany
- Documents shall be updated if older than 24 months. To be determined by the Parties after positive verification of documents during negotiations, by whom and at whose expense.
- We prefer Sellers who have the Product located in one place and only in Europe (Security House Warehouse ).

We need up to 5000 tons per month

We issue DLC and request the seller to place a 2% performance bond.
We conduct due diligence on supplier's company to know if it's capable of handling such a huge transaction.
