Origin & Delivery:
* For European suppliers: delivery can be made to any address in Europe that we specify. The main delivery/storage point is our warehouse in Hannover, Germany.
* For non-European suppliers: delivery must be to Hamburg, Germany.
Payment Terms:
* We do not open Letters of Credit (LC).
* We do not make advance payments.
* We do not provide bank guarantees.
* We work only under a formal international sales/cooperation contract.
* Payment for the purchased goods will be made within 3 days after delivery, subject to verification and acceptance of the goods.
Quality:
The actual manufacturer and genuine supplier must provide a 100% quality guarantee for the products and accept full responsibility for conformity with the agreed specifications.
Quantity:
Our initial purchase volume will be approximately 100 metric tons per month, with the possibility of increasing the volume based on successful cooperation.
Please understand that these are our fixed purchasing conditions. We will not agree to different payment terms, higher prices, advance payments, LC, or bank guarantees.
Therefore, please contact us only if you have genuine manufacturers/factories or verified real suppliers who have already agreed to all of the above conditions.
If you have such suppliers, please first ask them to confirm in writing that they fully accept our price, payment, delivery, packaging, quality and contractual conditions. Only after their confirmation should you connect them with us.
If a supplier cannot accept these conditions, please do not send us their email, quotation or catalogue.
