Expected Ready: Ready Buyer warrants the nominated vessels (s) will be allowed to discharge her cargo within One Hundred and Twenty (120) free running hours SHINC, plus six (6) hours NOR, and however, maintaining at the ship’s manifolds an average discharge pressure of not more than ten(10) kilogram per square centimeter(kg/m2) a. LAYTIME shall commence upon the expiration of six (6) hours after tender of notice of readiness, or upon the vessel being all fast in berth, whichever is earlier. b. Lay days: 5 days, commencing:8 HOUR after NOR tendered cancelling: 2 days behind laycan c. Loading Port: 100,000 MT to be delivered to the Port of Singapore Jurong.

i. Total Lay time in Running Hours: 72 hours loading, 3 days discharge. j. Demurrage per day: US $45,000. k. Freight is paid. The place of general average and arbitration proceedings is to be Houston (strike out one). l.
