1. Product Specifications: The Commercial Sulfur must fully comply with the technical specifications outlined in TDS 127.1-93. The key index requirements are as follows:

2. Order Quantity: As you mentioned, we plan to order 1 FCL (Full Container Load) initially, with the possibility of long-term bulk orders if the product quality and terms are satisfactory.
3. Pricing & Delivery Terms: Please request your suppliers to provide formal price quotes on both FOB (loading port) and CIF (Guangzhou, China) bases, clearly stating all applicable terms and conditions, including shipping duration and freight costs for CIF terms.
4. Payment Terms: Our mandatory payment terms are as follows:
- Priority: DLC (MT700) + Inspection at Loading Port + Partial Shipment & Presentation; SBLC is unacceptable.
- Security Deposit: Unsecured cash deposit is not accepted. If a deposit is required, it must be in the form of a bank guarantee / under L/C, refundable / deductible.
- Payment Milestones: Passed SGS inspection at loading port ? Negotiation against presented documents (80%–90%) Passed CIQ inspection at discharging port ? Balance payment (10%–20%).
5. Compliance Documentation: Suppliers must provide a complete set of compliance documents, including Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), UN packaging certification, Certificate of Origin, and the latest SGS test report verifying the product’s conformity to TDS 127.1-93.
