i already register but cant reply enquiry to buyers..why?

Last week i register and sent my product detail. Within one week i got some enquiry and its seems very positive result from this Go4WorldBusiness. But still i cant reply the enquiry and each time is shows like this. "Seems like your email has not been verified. We have sent you an email at". Feel very bad.
