If your query is about verification of paid members by our team, we follow the below procedure:
1. After the payment procedure is completed, our account team will contact you for the company and other necessary documents for the verification process.
2. Verification team will verify the documents and our internal staff will also ensure that the account details are up-to-date and the profile is complete in all respects.
3. Once these two verification steps are completed, we upgrade the profile and notify via sending a confirmation email.
3. After the account gets upgraded, you will be able to start using the Premium features.
If your query is about your profile being viewed by other buyers/suppliers on our platform, well, unfortunately, this feature is not available at the moment.
