Our platform has placed some limits on the maximum size of an image. Please upload images up to the size limit of 2 MB. Please ensure the resolution of the images you're uploading falls within the requirements i.e 200px * 200px. You can use digital imaging software to re-size your images. There are many programs you can use to do this

You can also send us the product images and its details (I've attached a document for your reference) at support@go4WorldBusiness.com or help@go4WorldBusiness.com we can upload it from our end, or contact your Relationship Manager for the same, we'd be happy to help.
