One needs to keep in mind 3 important aspects while preparing a sales quotation. Make sure your quotation gives out information related to you (seller information), Product information, Payment /shipping terms in addition to the following -

Further, Product information must be included to ensure you’re able to convince the buyer he is dealing with best product quality in the market.
Grade or quality
Product quality Certifications
Country of origin/manufacture
Pricing/Order quantity/Delivery timelines
A brief but clear statement containing payment terms helps the buyer make easy decision to whether the particular deal is feasible or not.
Payment shipping terms Currency
Minimum Quantity sold
Price per unit –
FOB Price (Source Port): $X,XXX.XX -$X,XX.XX
CIF Price (Destination Port): $X,XXX.XX -$X,XX.XX
Payment terms (L/C, TT, CAD)
Additionally, it is also important and sometimes necessary to provide a sneak peek of the product or its quality you wish to sell. List all your product categories with images. You can mention the same in your quotation as well.
