We're sorry to know that the membership subscription was not useful to you. There could be many reasons behind the same and while we'd love to see you continue the membership, we also intend to honour our commitment for a full refund in case any of our paid members are not happy with the subscription and services within 60 days of its purchase.
We will surely process your termination request.
