Low temperature alloy casting can show stronger mechanical properties at low temperature.At present, it has been used in the field of liquid rocket engines, mainly as structural materials such as hydrogen storage tanks for hydrogen-oxygen engines, hydrogen pump impellers, etc., which greatly improves the comprehensive performance of liquid rocket engines.
Low-temperature titanium alloys refer to titanium alloys that can work normally under low temperature conditions. They are generally divided into three categories, alpha titanium alloys, beta titanium alloys and alpha-beta titanium alloys. Typical low-temperature titanium alloy products are suitable for working at 253C as a storage container for liquid fuel, and some alloys have good low-temperature plasticity and fracture toughness.
The strength of low-temperature titanium alloys can be increased as the temperature decreases, and the toughness remains basically unchanged, making it easy to weld. It has high specific strength, corrosion resistance and low thermal conductivity. It can not only be used as a storage container for low-temperature objects, but also can be used as low-temperature structural parts for the aerospace industry

1. After cleaning the oil and grease of waste aluminum, manually put it into the furnace with a forklift;
2. Ignition for melting furnace .Heat up to 680C, and input appropriate proportion of alloy elements. Heat up to 800C, melt and stir evenly, then fetch samples to the spectrometer for testing.
Every lot of production need to do testing .
3. Put A tool that attracts iron into the furnace by forklift, to suck away the iron in the aluminum water.
4. Put the slag agent into Alu liquid to remove the slag. After slag removed , put the slags into Aluminum ash separation machine , and let the aluminum water and ash separate. The proportion of slag agent and aluminum liquid is 1:500
5.Open the drain valve and the aluminum water flows automatically to the ingot production line After the ingot casting is completed, the ingot stacking robot will stack the ingots, which means the production is completed.
These cast iron skulls are a by-product derived from the cast iron foundries. The byproduct is a ferrous by-product which can be utilised in an electric arc furnace to produce crude steel.

On visual inspection, it appears to be made up of irregular shapes.
The material is separated by magnet and screener.

The third-generation Hastelloy alloy alloy20 is one of the more commonly used components in the C series. Due to its low nickel content, low cost, excellent mechanical and corrosion resistance, it is widely used in pump flow components where corrosion and wear coexist. The solubility of hardness in the ferrite phase reaches its maximum at 850, and as the temperature increases, the solubility increases rapidly and is much smaller than that of the austenite phase. The Cu content in c-276 has exceeded the high solubility in the ferrite phase.
The Hastelloy alloy alloy20, formed by a large amount of Ni element composition, is used in industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, seawater, fertilizers, and other industries for projects with high corrosion resistance requirements due to its unique characteristics that lie between ferrite and austenite structures, and its resistance to intergranular corrosion. In recent years, the nuclear power industry has developed a corrosion-resistant ability in the operation of power station equipment, which cannot be replaced by other materials. Containing a large amount of Cr component, with high oxidation resistance.
The molybdenum element in stainless steel materials is only about 2%, which is far less than the molybdenum content of Hastelloy alloy alloy20. Therefore, high concentration acidity requires the use of materials well. High-temperature titanium alloys, also known as heat-resistant titanium alloys, refer to titanium alloys with high strength at 400-600 C, which are mainly used to manufacture aero-engine compressor discs and rotor blades. Common grades are TC4, Ti60, TC17 and so on.
High temperature titanium alloys have high strength in the entire working temperature range, good plasticity at room temperature, good creep resistance and good thermal stability. It has good fatigue resistance at high temperature and room temperature. According to the structure
