This masterbatch is based on Exothermic blowing agent which is properly dispersed in a polyolefinic resin along with some specialty chemicals which helps in creating a very fine cell structure in Rotomoulded LLDPE tanks. Since our Roto foam masterbatch is in pulverized form and hence there is saving in pulverization cost to our customer.
PVC Foaming Masterbatch
PET foam masterbatch, PP foam masterbatch
Description and Application
Our foaming masterbatch select High quality pigments and additives . The different carriers can be replaced according to the plastic raw materials used in the production of the customer's products. And it can well maintain chemical stability with high concentration, pigment homodisperse, less plastic degradation, easy operation and coloration. No pollution,it can improve the working environment of production personnel and ensure the health of operators. Widely used in PVC foam board, packaging and transportation industry, construction industry, sporting goods, etc.
A masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments or additives that are used in the plastics industry to color or enhance the properties of plastic products. It is a cost-effective and efficient way to introduce colorants, UV stabilizers, flame retardants, and other additives into plastics during the manufacturing process. Masterbatches are typically in the form of small pellets or granules that can be easily mixed with the base plastic resin, resulting in a consistent and uniform color or modification throughout the final plastic product. They play a vital role in achieving desired visual and performance characteristics in a wide range of plastic applications, from packaging materials to automotive components and consumer goods.
Highly compressible, soft silicone foam. The combination of low weight and softness makes it an idea solution where low closure force and sealing are critical. the chemistry and cell structure provide a long term performance advantage.
Applicable materials: PC, PC/ABS, PA, PP, ABS and other materials, the addition amount is 10-15%, the surface resistance is 10 to the 7th power to 10 to the 10th power
Color Masterbatch is a concentrated blend of pigments and additives used to color plastics during manufacturing. It ensures consistent, vibrant shades with excellent dispersion and stability. Suitable for use in injection molding, blow molding, film extrusion, and more, it is compatible with various polymers like PE, PP, PS, and PET. Color Masterbatches offer high tinting strength, UV stability, and customized color matching based on Pantone, RAL, or sample shades. Available in standard, transparent, metallic, or fluorescent types, they are dust-free, easy to handle, and come in moisture-resistant 25 kg bags. FDA and RoHS-compliant grades available upon request.
