GaAs�¢?? is shorthand for Gallium Arsenide, a compound made up of two elements, and the semiconductor used to manufacture GaAs wafers. GaAs is used as a direct bandgap semiconductor, which in layman�¢??s terms, simply means that particles such as electrons can pass through components much quicker and with very little interference. This makes them particularly useful in optical devices because photons, the basic unit for all light, can pass through lenses with ease.
What are GaAs Wafers Use For?
The use of GaAs wafers is dictated by the capabilities of the compound. Because GaAs is a direct bandgap semiconductor, it is especially useful in sensitive electronic equipment that requires amplifying low frequencies. Some of the most common applications for GaAs wafers include:
INDIUM PHOSPHIDE (InP) WAFERS are semiconductor materials made of indium phosphide, a compound semiconductor that is widely used in high-frequency and optoelectronic applications. Due to its efficient electron mobility and direct bandgap properties, InP is favored for devices such as:
High-speed electronics
Laser diodes
Photodetectors
Telecommunications applications, including optical fiber communication
We offer the following InP Wafers:
Undoped InP Wafers: These are pure InP with no intentional doping, used in various applications where intrinsic properties are required.
N-type InP Wafers: Doped with donor impurities (such as tellurium) to increase electron concentration, useful in transistors and high-speed electronics.
P-type InP Wafers: Doped with acceptor impurities (such as zinc) to create holes in the semiconductor, used in light-emitting devices and other optoelectronics.
InP Substrates: Used as a base for growing other semiconductor materials in heterostructures for various applications.
InP Membrane Wafers: Thin layers of InP used for specific applications, including applications in flexible electronics and advanced photonic devices.
InP-based Quantum Dot Wafers: Engineered to create quantum dots that can be used in photonic and optoelectronic devices for enhanced performance.
This Fisher & Paykel 7kg vented dryer delivers an effective drying performance, while treating your garments with the utmost of care. Auto-sensing technology detects moisture levels inside the drum, ending the cycle once your clothes are dry. This prevents under-drying as well as any damage caused by over-drying. It is also great for reducing energy consumption.
There are six fabric care cycles, including freshen, heavy, and delicate, in order to provide fabric-specific drying. You can place the supplied drying rack in the dryer, which elevates items so they donâ??t tumble. This is ideal for items like boots or delicate teddy bears. The robust door with die-cast metal hinges opens up to a full 180-degrees, making loading and unloading your items easy. This dryer comes with brackets and the control panel can be inverted, so if required, you can hang the dryer on the wall.

I attached our grading chart which details each grade in this load with associated pictures. I also attached pictures of this stock for your easy reference. LCD stands will be included with the load, but since they are removed we cannot guarantee all stands match the LCD monitors in this load.

Divanti Group is a large processor of used LCD/ LED Monitor panels. Our current monthly production is 35,000 panels. Our LCD/LED Panels have been thoroughly tested to ensure they are able to be reused or remanufactured. After our testing process, we sort and package by size of the screen (15", 17", 19"-21" Regular, 19"-21" Widescreen & 22" and Larger Widescreen). Our packaging department is able to package the panels in bulk boxes or for additional charges we can use custom packaging if required. We typically sell our loads as mixed size panels, but we are also capable of selling custom loads with select sizes and quantities as inventory becomes available. I attached some sample pictures as our LCD panels were tested for your reference.
