We are a new Goji Berry producer from Turkey. With our 40,000 sqm farm, we are at our 3rd year transition period into organic farming.
Our expected dried Goji Berry production is about 2 tonnes in 2023 and will increase to 5-8-12 in consecutive three years and shall reach to 20 tonnes in our fifth year. We intend to sell our products in 2 to 10 kg sealed bags as wholesale.
Our production has automated irrigation and organic fertilizing technology. Drying operation is performed by using high standard electricity heat pump oven having 1-ton fresh fruit daily capacity.
Mulberries are of th e best fruit sources of vitamin C and a regular cup serving provides 85% of the RDI for the vitamin.
For comparison, this is the same amount of vitamin C that a medium-sized orange contains.
Vitamin C is vital for our body because it has a crucial role in the growth, repair, and maintenance of our body's cells and functions.
Furthermore, the vitamin is thought to have important antioxidant properties that may protect against oxidative stress and help to lower the risk of long-term disease.
Our Cherry is grown in the Northern Anatolia Region of Turkey. The cool weather during the time the fruits are ripening assures the highest-quality fruits are harvested. The most common varieties of Cherries are: Napolyon (Napoleon Cherry) and Salihli.
