DEACRIPTION
Rockflex-BRH is a specially modified styrene butadiene rubber emulsion with widely applicable for use in repair and general purpose mortars and overlay applications. Also, it is likely to be applicable to floors, bridge deck, surfacing and compounds for repairs, road of concrete structures.
CHARATERISTICS
* Increase the performance of bonding agent for old and new concrete.
* Improving tensile and flexural properties of repair mortar.
* Reduces water penetration and shrinkage.
* Repair damaged, sprawled concrete and filling of cracks.
* Better abrasion resistance and chemical resistance of cement screeds.
* Suitable for waterproofing and laying floor screeds.
* Strength to adhere concrete, masonry surfaces.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
* Substrate should be cleaned and free of dust. Use wire brush to remove loose material.
* Clean surface with water to remove loose particles and dust before primer application.
PRIMER COAT
Apply directly or mix cement and Rockflex-BRH in the ratio of 2:1.
Apply as a slurry coat before placing polymer modified primer application.
Yarn-dyed fabrics include: gingham, poplin, jacquard, oxford, twill, brushed, sucker, lycra/stretch and cross weaving fabrics et cetera.
Piece-dyed include: suede, micro peach(100%p, n/p, n/p/c), lycra/stretch, super black, modal/p and new synthetic fabrics et cetera. All fabrics are available in plain or dobby, solid-dyed or after finishing.
Functional finish: hydrowick, uv-cut, anti-bacteria and stain-release et cetera.
After finishing: printing, emboss, bonding, punch and chintz et cetera.
