ATR strategically operates large plants with a very high product flows. This, combined with our unique technology, consistently produces extremely consistent and uniform products. Our customers know exactly what they are getting because our product quality reaches the same high level, delivery after delivery. In order to meet a range of customer demands, ATR offers a wide range of ambient granulates and powders with granule sizes from 0.2 to 6 mm. Furthermore, ATR produces cryogenic rubber powder from 40 Mesh to 120 Mesh. Recycled fine rubber powder and granulate from ATR are virtually free from all contaminants. Our products contain minuscule amounts of dust, and on all sizes smaller than Super Coarse, we issue a guarantee of fewer than 100 grams of impurities per tonne. Though, typical values are at most 50 grams per tonne. As the configuration of an ATR recycling plant is remarkably flexible, all sizes of rubber powder and granulate can be custom-produced in the case of special orders. Ambient product output includes all granulate sizes as well as ATR FINE POWDER and ATR SUPER FINE POWDER. The output from the cryogenic plant considers a number of ultra-fine rubber powders.
