2. The seller sends FCO
3. Buyer signs and returns FCO with ICPO with passport copy and company registration certificate
4. The seller sends the SPA to the buyer.
5- Buyer's signature in the contract and return to the seller for counter-signature
- Seller will issue commercial invoices to buyer bank to issue MT 705.
- Seller bank will issue PB of 20% of total invoice value.
- Buyer can view materials at the stores.
