* Buyer extends Seller's Tank and makes arrangement for Dip Test Schedule.
*Buyer Conducts Dip Test on Seller's Tank at Buyer's expenses & Buyer makes 100% payment for the first trial lift via TT wiring and Seller transfer title ownership of the product to the buyer. Buyer lift product into Vessel or completely take over seller's tanks for further product storage.
* Seller issues final agreement to Buyer to review contract on R&E Monthly Deliveries,
* Buyer reviews and approves contract and issued SBLC/ DLC Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Auto Revolving for 12 months shipment value, Documentary Letter of Credit for length of Contract and for each lifting as schedule
* Buyer pays after successful Dip Test by MT103 wire transfer on each Monthly delivery.
* The Subsequent delivery shall commence according to the terms and conditions of the Contract and Seller pays

We, SICIM - Kazakhstan, referred as Direct seller mandate. Hereby state and represent that it is our intention To SELL, and we hereby confirm that we are ready, willing and able to SELL the following Commodities as per the specification and in the quantity and for the price as specified in the terms and Conditions as stated below. This representation is made with full corporate authority and responsibility.
PRICE: Prices are Open for negotiation; final prices would be reflected in the final contract and Commercial Invoice.
ORIGIN: KAZAKHSTAN
INCOTERMS: FOB, CIF, TTO/ ANNUAL CONTRACT (12 Months with RO&E).
DELIVERY: VLADIVOSTOK, NOVOROSSIYSK PORT, PRIMORSK, NAKHODKA, ROTTERDAM, HOUSTON, ASWP.
INSPECTION: Q&Q test report will be conducted SGS at the port of loading.
PAYMENT: T/T, MT103
JET A1 FUEL:
Quantity: Minimum of 50,000 BBL per month and Maximum of 500,000 BBL per month Price: GROSS $86/Net$84per Barrels, FOB. GROSS $98/Net$96 per Barrels, CIF.
TRANSACTION PROCEDURE FOR TANK TO TANK
1. The buyer issues a formal Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) along with a signed Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) in the buyer's name.
2. The seller provides the Commercial Invoice (CI) for the transaction. The buyer signs and returns the CI to confirm acceptance.
3. The seller lodges the finalized Commercial Invoice with their bank and proceeds to pay three (3) days of buyer tank storage as a commitment to supply.
Upon confirmation of this payment by the buyerâ??s tank operator, the buyer pays for an additional two (2) days of tank storage to complete the required five (5) days.
The tank operator issues a five-day storage receipt in the buyerâ??s name.
4. Upon confirmation of full tank lease payment, the seller injects the product into the buyer's tanks and provides the following Proof of Product (POP) documents:
a. 48-hour fresh SGS report (Quality & Quantity analysis)
b. Injection Report
c. Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
d. Certificate of Origin
e. Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
f. Statement of Product Availability
g. Authorization to Verify (ATV)
5. All intermediaries involved in the transaction sign a Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) and International Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA), which is endorsed by the seller's bank.
6. After the buyer confirms the POP documents and product availability in their tanks, the buyer makes full payment for the product via MT103.
Upon receipt, the seller transfers the product title to the buyer and signs a one-year contract.
7. The seller pays all intermediaries as per the signed and bank-endorsed NCNDA/IMFPA agreement.
FOB DIP & PAY (SELLER TANK EXTENSION FOR 5 DAYS ) TRANSACTION PROCEDURES TERMS AND CONFUSIONS:-
1. Buyer send ICPO in line with seller working procedures.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI), Buyer signs within 24 hours and returns to Seller within its validity.
3. Upon receipt and review of the signed C.I., Seller sends to buyer details information of Tank Storage facility for buyer to contact and extend the tanks for 5 days.
4. Upon confirmation of Buyer's tank extension from seller's tank farm, Seller submit to buyer an unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA) along with the below full POP documents:-

Commitment Letter to Supply
Authorization to sell & collect.
5. Buyer appoint their testing teams SGS or Equivalent to conduct dip test in seller tank before injection to buyerâ??s vessel or alternatively conducts test upon injection completion into buyer vessel to ascertain Quality and Quantity injected to the vessel.
6. Upon successful completion into buyers tanker, Seller issues payment invoice for Buyer to pay for the product value
7. Seller issues Title ownership documents to buyer upon confirmation of buyer payment. NCNDA/IMFPA sign and seal by all intermediaries connected in the transaction.
8. Seller within 24 hours upon receipt of the buyer's payment pays commission to all intermediaries invoiced in the transaction.
