They have the advantages of stable performance, convenient observation, little noise, good quality and low price. Application scope: they are appliable to produce hard pipes or plastic sticks products such as pvc stick, pom stick, ptfe stick, pom transparent pipe and pc (organic glass). This unit is also appliable to produce high-class transparent organic glass tubes.
The line is mainly used to produce flow pipe and drainpipe etc. The set is composed of extruder, die, cooling trough, tractor, the cutting machine, plank and electric control system etc. The line can also be used to produce large-caliber pe insulating tube.
