ARTICLE 52: PENALTY /FINES
Two percent (2%) of total contract value applicable to all the Parties if either party fails to fulfill the terms of the SPA/ Contract at any point of time.

100,000 MT SPOT - via DLC as a guarantee ($290)
200,000 x 12 - ($275) via DLC

PS: Buyer needs to provide an Official LOI to get an Official FCO.
