Our frozen roasted eel is made of new fresh water eel which glass eel is imported from North America and grow up in our factory. Before the roast process, we will wash the fish clean and remove fish head and fish viscera. Before roast process, the eel will put into high temperature uperization for 7 mins, which will make sure food safety. The roast process will apply the soysauce for four times to make sure the taste is deep into the fish meat. We have QC control in the whole process to make sure the safety of the food.
