Chemical earthing electrode manufactured by us is developed for safe earthing in various areas and buildings. The chemical earthing electrode has the space packed and sealed with crystalline conductive mixture. This mixture contains varied elements and compounds that have high conductivity and resistance to corrosion. Besides, this, the mixture does not disintegrate/collapse even if the outer electrode gets inactivated.
Graphite electrodes are made from coal tar, coal tar pitch, and petroleum coke with the process of mixing, forming, baking, impregnating, graphitizing and machining.
Graphite electrodes are used mainly in electric arc furnace steel production. They are presently the only products available that have the high levels of electrical conductivity and the capability of sustaining the extremely high levels of heat generated in this demanding environment. Graphite electrodes are also used to refine steel in ladle furnaces and in other smelting processes.
2% thoriated tungsten electrodes(EWTh-2) is the rare earth tungsten electrode which uses most early, is also the best tungsten electrode in welding performance until now , therefore, this tungsten electrode(EWTh-2) market share is globally highest, but because of the radioactive contamination in the powder metallurgy and the rolling process, European ,American developed countries limited to use the 2% thoriated tungsten electrodes(EWTh-2).because of its fine welding performance, its use has not been restricted. Thorium is a low-level radioactive material that primarily emits alpha particles as well as some beta and gamma radiation. However, if welding is to be performed in confined spaces for prolonged periods of time or if electrode grinding dust might be ingested, special precautions relative to ventilation should be considered. The user should consult appropriate safety personnel. So many users have switched to other alternatives. 2% thoriated tungsten electrodes are widely used because they make good welds and are long lasting and quite easy to use. A thoriated tungsten electrode operates at a temperature well below its melting temperature. this tungsten electrode is used primarily for DC welding and may split if used for AC welding Material welded is primarily Aluminum and Magnesium

The electrode consists made of pure copper tube and filled with a mixture of ionic compounds. The moisture condenser absorbs environmental moisture and leaches out at the bottom of the rod, lowering gradually the resistivity of the surrounding soil.

The electrodes have a covering of electrolytic copper with a width of 254¥ìm and purity 99.9% which allows a proven resistance to corrosion. This type of electrolytic covering does not produce cracks or fissures, which are produced in the exterior layer of the copper clad rods, worsening its resistance to corrosion.
Using the adequate accessories, threaded Copper bond earth rods allow the extension of the rod to get better earthing resistances.
