Wood-plastic extrusion line adopts a specially designed screw barrel,mold and extruding machine to manufacture wood-plastic products including wood-plastic 1-step plate equipment;wood-plastic 1-step profile equipment;wood-plastic 1-step decoration materials equipment;wood-plastic two-step plate equipment;wood-plastic 2-step profile equipment;wood pelletizing equipment.

Wood-plastic products can be extruded directly by single extruder,2-step extrusion can be acheived as well. With high output,stable extrusion, good plasticizing effect,energy-saving,space-saving. Optimal design of screw leads to smaller shear force which ensures the materials a uniform residence time in the machine.
