Work Guidelines
Friction wash equipment is an ingenious and simple machine that forces plastic flakes, film and recyclables to rub against each other at high speeds. If you look inside the rectangular housing, you'll see a circular mesh screen around a rapidly rotating shaft. As the plastic stream enters the cavity, the plastic is constantly rotating on the screen. This creates tremendous pressure and friction, and contaminants such as dirt, paper, cardboard and other debris are effectively loosened and passed through the mesh screen.

Water jets and nozzles are used to conserve water rather than completely submerging the chamber. The entire machine is set at a great incline, with the dirty plastic stream entering at the lower end. This allows the plastic to stay inside the washer longer, resulting in cleaner plastic being discharged from the top.

Working Principle
