We are a wholesale and processor located both in Canada and Africa We supply the best cashew kernels from Africa with Aflatoxin level 2.5ppb to 5ppb and sometimes up to 10ppb depending on the region. Our team is dealing with the latest technology in the processing industry.
Our carries Certification ISO 22000/9100, HACCP. We supply WW meaning the White Whole Kernels. Our cashew is processed with state of the art technology and Microbiological testing a part of our Sanitation program.
Every 50 days the factory is shut down for fumigation and four days post fumigation for cleaning etc. In order to protect our goods from cross-contamination no other products are stored or processed in the facility. The facility was built for cashew processing only. A third party covered: GMP, HACCP, Food Security, Sanitation Program, Allergen Program, Process control, Recall Program, Employee Training Program etc.
