The multipurpose high polymer modified thin-set adhesive offering vast application for interior & exterior areas . It is comentitious power to be mix only with water to install various types of medium & large format tiles & stone on variety of substrates using thin-set compliance.
The double wall semi-rigid heat shrinkable end is composed of semi-rigid polyolefin and hot melt adhesive. The outer layer is radiation crosslinked polyolefin and the inner layer is hot melt adhesive. One end of the product has been pre contracted and sealed, which has double effects of insulation and sealing. It is used for mechanical protection, sealing, waterproof and moisture-proof and environmental protection of power cables, wires and harness ends.

Description
VOG is one component, premixed, modified polymer cement based tile adhesive
used for bonding ceramic tile on the surfaces of wall, ground and floor. It is easily applied and can achieve an excellent adhesion.
Where to use:
- For wall surface: To bond ceramic tile (maximum is 60X60cm) on the concrete or cement sand rendering.
- For floor and ground: To bond ceramic tile or building stone.

Application
Surface Preparation:
- The surface should be vertical, flat, smooth and free of dust, grease and other contaminants.
Mixing
Add clean water to suitable mixing bucket. Mix slowly and continuously to form a homogeneous mixture
- VOG 25kg barrel required approximately 5 - 6,0 litres of clean water
- VOG 5kg barrel required approximately 1 - 1,2 litres of clean water
The mixed materials is immediately ready to use and should be used within 25-30 minutes after mixing.
