Classified by application field
The formulas of different types of creamer (such as fat and protein ratios, emulsification stability) are adjusted according to specific application scenarios to ensure optimal results.
For coffee: Representative models include K40, K60, K28, etc. The fat content is usually between 28% and 35%. It can significantly enhance the richness and whiteness of coffee, as well as boost its aroma.
For milk tea: Representative models include 30C, 32A, 35B, C40, T40, T50, T90, etc. The fat content is usually between 30%-35%. It provides a smooth and rich milky flavor and is one of the core ingredients in milk tea shops.
Special for baking/cold drinks/confectionery: Representative models include B60, 60A, etc. The fat content ranges widely, typically from 30% to 75%. It is used to enhance the crispiness and texture of pastries and biscuits, and is also commonly used in ice cream to add a creamy texture.
For solid beverages: Representative models include K30, etc. The fat content is relatively low, ranging from 20% to 35%. It is used in instant oatmeal, nutritional powder, etc., primarily to enhance flavor and lubricity while reducing costs.
Divided by fat content
Fat content is crucial for influencing the taste and cost of a product, and the fat content of creamer can be adjusted flexibly, ranging from 5% to 82%. This can cater to different needs:
Low-fat type: about 5% - 20%.
Medium-fat type: about 20% - 50% (The fat content of creamer specifically for coffee and milk tea, which is approximately 28%-35%, usually falls within this range).
High-fat type: about 50% - 82%.
The C series products from Nestle, for instance, are categorized based on their fat content: the C/40 type has a fat content ranging from approximately 31.1% to 38.0%, while the C/50 type has a fat content ranging from approximately 17.5% to 21.3%.
By packaging type
The most common standard specification on the market is 25kg/bag, with inner packaging mostly being food-grade plastic bags and outer packaging being cardboard boxes or woven bags. For convenience in daily use or sample testing, there are also smaller packaging specifications on the market, such as 1kg/pack 20 packs/unit or 25kg/bag.
