18Inch Cutter Suction Dredger

First use of reamer boom two cables and fixed in two anchor traction test, with the back of the spud fixed cutter-suction dredger. By cab button control put reamer underwater mud (see figure 2), the cutter head rotation, the bottom mud for cutting and stirring (see figure 3), by the suction of the pump (see figure 5), a suction pipe (see figure 4) pumped, the mud mixture through the pipe (see figure 6) send the mud mixture to dredge field (see figure 7, 8) complete dredging.

For ship inspection certificate, we can make the following dredgers: 200M3,400m, 3800M3,1200M3,2000M3,3000M3,3500M3,5000M3. The company can make dredgers of the following depth: 2M, 5m, 10m, 15m, 20m, 25m, 35m. The company can make the following transport mileage dredger 100m, 200m, 500m, 800m, 1000m, 1500m, 2000m, 2500m, 3000m. Our Dredger and desilting vessel are customized according to customer's requirements and construction conditions and environment. The product type is different, the product price also can have the different concrete negotiable. The work flow undefined first uses the winch arm rest two test cables and the anchor traction fixed to the two tests to fix the cutter suction dredger with the positioning post behind. The cutter is placed in the underwater mud layer (see figure 2) by operating room button control, the cutter head is rotated, the riverbed mud layer is cut and stirred (see figure 3) , and the mud-water mixture is pumped up through the suction pipe (see figure 5) through the suction pipe (see figure 4) , the mud-water mixture is piped (see figure 6) to the desilting site (see figure 7,8) for desilting.

The JLCSD-150 Cutter Suction Dredger of steel construction, non self-propelled, dismountable type, is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers, with similar conditions to that in navigation area “A” or below the “A”-line specified in code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P.R.China.
The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class ? specified in code for dredging engineering construction technique issued by Ministry of Water Resources(MWR) of P.R.China.
In the course of technical designing, we have considered special requirements for local tropical climate conditions such as meteorological and waters distributing state etc.
It’s hull consists of a main pontoon and two side pontoons, which is to be easy to dismantle or mount for transportation by road, rail or water, and is to be easy to reassemble at project site.The engines and dredge pump are located in the center pontoon,the 2 side pontoons serve as fuel bunkers,ballast tanks and storage tanks.
The dredger is powered by diesel engines. The main diesel engine is to drive the dredge pump, and in the free part of the engine, one set of power distributor is equipped, to supply power for all other equipments such as cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams etc.
The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view. All the operation buttons, swifts, indicators, gauges are equipped on the control desk. Only two operators can control all the dredger in the operation room.
The dredger is painted by 4 layers of marine paint to protect from the corrosion. The ZINC anode can be used to give better anti-corrosion function.

These dredgers are highly flexible in use. The modular structure and tight design allow the dredgers to work even in shallow river and waterways. Different arrangements of sand pumps and cutters make sure the dredgers can work in different circumstances like sand , stones, mud , etc.
