Product Application
The Making Sawdust block machine mainly includes three types of specifications--single head, double heads, three heads hot press wood pallet block making machine.
1. Wood pallet block making machine introduction:
Wood pallet block making machine is used to produce blocks for wood pallets. The working principle is that the hydraulic cylinder provides high pressure and pushes the piston to extrude and mold the materials. The heating of the heating plate at a high temperature promote the solidification and molding of urea-formaldehyde glue, and thus to increase the strength of the block. The products extruding from the compressed wood pallet block machine is cut according to certain length (usually around 1.2m). After cooling, then the second cutting.
