Submerged arc furnace¡ait¡¡¥s also known as electric arc furnace or resistance electric furnace. It is mainly used to reducing smelting ore, carbonaceous reducing agent and solvent etc. Mainly adapts to production of ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferrochrome, ferrotungsten, silicon manganese alloy and other ferrous alloys, it is an important smelting furnace in metallurgical industry for production of industrial raw materials and calcium carbide and so on chemical raw materials. The working character is to use carbon or magnesia refractory materials as furnace lining, use self roasting electrode. Electrode inserts into the materials inside the furnace for submerged arc operation, using arc energy and current through the materials, and due to the resistance of the materials and produce energy to melt metal. It¡¡¥s a kind of industrial furnace which is worked continuously, charged material in succession, and tapped out metal or slag in intermittent.

Capacity:3000kva-33000kva, smelting different ferroalloy by ores.

High impedance electric arc furnace
 
Usage: 
It is used to melt plain steel, high-quality carbon steel and kinds of alloy steel. It's used to scrap steel operation, scrap steel and molten iron charging operation, scrap and pellet, pre-heating scrap, hot-pressing reduced iron, sponge iron, etc. 
Features:
The primary loop series reactor can improve the system impedance to realize the secondary higher voltage. It operates with long arc and low current. The electric arc is stable and the arc power is high. Various performance indicators approach direct current arc furnace. On-load voltage regulation is adopted during the operation of arc furnace. The structure of furnace body is frame type water cooling structure. The furnace shells up and down can be taken down. Proportional value is used to control electrode lifting, the rotary of furnace lid and the furnace body tilting. This device is installed with the whole set PLC system and computer control system, computer image monitoring system and neuron network artificial intelligent electrode control adjustment system. The device is also set with oxygen lance of furnace door, speed oxygen lance of furnace wall, burner and carbon injection system.
