The autoclave section is used to dewax ceramic shells for investment cast parts and has been designed to achieve the fastest possible cycle times. Electrical immersion heating rated gives direct energy input and the absence of exposed steam pipework means no teat loss between boiler and autoclave.

The Dewaxing Autoclave is used for removing the wax patterns in the ceramic shell in the investment casting line. It is designed as an integration of steam boiler (outer chamber) and de-wax chamber (inner chamber) to save space and easy for maintenance. It is important that the inner chamber is always in the high temperature atmosphere, when the the high-temperature steam in outer chamber enters inner side, the pressure balance time is fast to reduce the moisture content in the drained wax, the time needed to process the recovered wax is short and the damage is less, thus to increase the wax recirculating efficiency and decrease the production cost. Because of the rapid pressure balance time, the out of the ceramic shell will be pressed in a short time to avoid cracking due to the wax heat expansion.
