The C1300 press has been designed and developed exclusively for the production of aluminum food containers, dishes and trays.

These products are obtained by blanking and forming of aluminum which has been unwound from a coil.

The C1300 press is a â??Hâ??-frame press with 80-ton capacity. The large working bedplate of the press is equipped with two removable supports with adjustable height to facilitate changing the tools while protecting the surfaces of the press. This permits the press to use standard tools as well as tools designed with air cylinders below the bottom plate.

The press uses one brushless motors to feed the aluminum strip allowing accurate control of step and speed. The height of the feeding system is manually adjustable to match the strip height of the tool currently in use on the press.

There are electronic cams (solenoid valves) controlled by a PLC and fixed air connections with pressure regulators, providing easy tool set-up.

The C1300 press is equipped with two compressed air tanks. The pneumatic control panel is easily accessible during operation of the press.

The press may be equipped with tools for wrinkled-wall and smooth-wall, container production.

The production line of food container of aluminium modle:ctjf-40t

The productivity is 40-70 per munite, that is, this production line can produce 40-70 products per minute.(it depends on the productions complexity and size.) the fastest speed is 70 products per minute.Every mould has one cavity.If the product is small, a mould has two or more cavities.

This prodution line is composed of the followings(note1),
1. An auto-lubricated feeder(note2)
2. An eletronically controlled panel
3. A length controller
4. A 40t pneumatic punch
5. A set mould of food container which is vertical curl or full curl.
6. A automatic conveyor(with a carbore which can be filled the resting foil)
7. A collector of finished product
8. A machine which assist to change die
9. A machine which assist to change foil

Note:
1.This production line is electrification integration, and centralized control.It is totally controlled automatically.Worker just collect the finished products.
2.The width of foil feed system is 520mm.(basic model)
3.The lenth of feeding foil is controlled by computer. You can regulate the length form 30mm to 999mm.
4.As we can manufacture the machine according to the productsí»s size as they required, the outer-appearance of the machine is a little bit different.


The procedure of production line:
Raw material:aluminium foil-->auto-lubricated feeder-->pinch head controller-->40-t precise presser--> mould-->collect product by hand (or auto-collector)-->packing

Servo drive, precise positioning of optical fiber, small trimming, the machine can run stably at high speed, using PLC and man- machine interface operating system, the parameter setting is intuitive and accurate, and the operation is convenient.
