Our Procedures of this transaction are below:

1. The Seller sends a SCO as the Buyer request;
2. Buyer send Official LOI to Seller;
3. Seller send FULL CORPORATE OFFER & FINAL to Buyer.
4. Buyer´s approves and sends signed and stamped the Offer.
5. The Seller sends to Buyers a DRAFT OF CONTRACT.
6. After Seller approval the Buyer will send a final Contract.
7. Buyer returns signed and stamped the Contract to Seller.
8. Buyer and Seller submite a copy of the executed Contract to their respective Banks.
9. The technical payment are POL (Payment on Loading port) T/T 30% Advace Payment T/T, 70% Before Shipping or 100% Unsance LC after signed contract.

Palm Kernel Shell is as a bio-fuel is more better than the other bio-fuel sources because relatively have high calorific value 4,300 Kcal/Kg, in addition to the abundance of supply, ease of use and cost per tonnage.
