Polyimide silicone/acrylic adhesive tape is made of polyimide film single or double coated with heat-resistant silicone or acrylic adhesive, with excellent properties of heat resistance, electrical insulation, solvent resistance and radiation protection, friendly to human-beings and environment. Ei650/640 offers better elongation at rupture, and is used for electrical insulation of electrical equipment and high temperature insulation, such as, motors, li batteries etc.
Ei650rl/640rl has release liner of paper or pet film material with release agents of paraffin, silicone or fluoride-ion, used for die-cut of all kinds of high temperature press sensitive small film parts.

6251 Polyimide tape is a general polyimide film that is coated or laminated on one or both sides with FEP Fluoropolymer, which imparts heat sealability, provides a moisture barrier, and enhances chemical resistance.

6251 Polyimide tape is recommended in applications that require a heat bondable film, or moisture and chemical resistance beyond the capabilities of uncoated polyimide film.

Polyimide film FEP Series is polyimide film coated with FEP on one or both side, imparts heat sealability, provides a moisture barrier, and enhances chemical resistance. Mainly used in magnet wire insulation, formed coil insulation, CPTC and release liner.

Type Polyimide film FEP Constructions
In this series order code of three digits, the first and third digit represents the normal thickness of the coating FEP, the symbol 9 is used to represent 12.7um (0.5 mil) 6 to 2.54 um. HF is used to represent polyimide film coated with FEP on single side, and FHF to double side.

Polyimide film F46 Adhesive Tape 6251

Scope of Application: This product is made From Polyimide film painted with F46 adhesive on
single surface or double surfaces and cut after drying, this tape applies to insulation material
for electrical wire winding, which is molded through melting at the temperature of 350 -380fpC for half an hour
Specification:
1. Appearance: the adhesive tape is clean and smooth, without air bubble and impurities
2. Size
1). Length: the length of a reel of adhesive tape is not less than 300m, the number of section is not more than 4 sections, minimum length of them is not less than 10m
2). Width: the width and its allowance of the adhesive tape is 10f+0.5 mm, 15f+0.5mm, 20f+1 mm, 25f+1 mm.
3). Thickness: nominal thickness and allowance of the adhesive tape: we can supply tapes
with different thickness according to requirement of customers, their allowance isf+0.006mm or supply according to the requirement of custormer.
