Gum acacia (Gum arabic) is the dried gummy exudation of high molecular weight polysaccharides obtained from the stems and branches of Acacia senegal or closely related species of Acacia (fam. Leguminosae).
Spray Dried product, by water dissolution followed by ultra-cleaning and spray drying. LEGAL POSITION: Complying with Commission Regulation (EU) No 231/2012 specifications
for food additives [E414] and current issues of EP, DAB, BP, USP/NF
and FCC.
