Application:
Cadmium is mainly used in electroplating of steel, iron, copper, brass and other metals. It has strong corrosion resistance to
alkaline substances. Cadmium can be used to make batteries with small size and large capacity. Cadmium compounds are also widely
used in the production of pigments and phosphors. Cadmium sulfide, cadmium selenide and cadmium telluride are used to make
photovoltaic cells.
Physical specifications:
Cadmium ingots by single cent two kinds, a kind of for 5 kg ~ 8 kg small ingot, a big ingot is 350 kg + 50 kg. Small ingot for rectangular trapezoidal shape, thickness difference in size is not more than 5 mm on both ends.
Appearance quality"
Appearance of cadmium ingot product is silvery white, the surface should be clean, must not have slag and other attached objects or trace pollutants, can not have melt hole, crack obviously, there is no flash, burr (allows dressing), but the natural oxide film is allowed.
