We can supply: PET BOTTLES (aprox. 95% CLEAR - 5% COLORS) BALES. Post consumer from sorting line. Bottles did not contain liquid inside due to the big pressing force of our baler machine. We have one of the strongest baler in Europe. Can load in 1x40HC container aprox. 26 - 28 MT. Ready for shipment. Photos available upon request. HIPS Regrind White-Mix Thermoplastic PS has two representatives as GPPS and HIPS resin. In particular, PS HIPS plastic is more popular thanks to many advantages and applications. LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) is another name for PVC sheet flooring. In 2013, Gwell successfully developed LVT floor extrusion lamination production line, and realized one-time lamination of WPC floor laminating materials, which improved production line efficiency and quality stability. It has been exported to some countries in Europe and America. Because its design and color are rich, it is popular to be used at home outfit and commercial domain. LVT extrusion production process: floor materials such as PVC plasticizer, calcium powder, mixed by high speed mixer mixing and delivered by rotating conveyor to the conical twin-screw extruder, then extuded by T die and attach the wear-resisting layer and printing layer to the product with specified thickness. Extrusion laminating process can replace the traditional rolling, laminated and complex process. It is easy to operate, has low investment cost, and can reduce the labor intensity of workers. Also it can keep workshop clean, and the production line will adopt optical sensor detection and alarm, so it has a high degree of automation.
This line is applicable to produce PVC pipes with various tube diameters and wall thickness in the field such as agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying, etc. Higher output, more ecnomic are the characteristics our pipe extrusion line. This set is composed of the extruder, vacuum forming table, cutter, etc. Export packaging.
