Working Process
After crushing and cleaning, your different plastic raw materials will enter our drying machine to dry, and then enter our electrostatic generator to energize, according to the different electrical characteristics of different plastics, our plastic separator can separate different kinds of plastic materials.
Before entering the high-voltage space of electrostatic separation, the materials to be separated should be passed through the special device to produce the corresponding electric charge under the friction of their own collision. As different plastics will show different charges in the high voltage electric field. Some plastics show negative charge, some plastics show positive charge. Therefore our plastic sorting machine can separate different plastics. And the size of the plastic sheet also affects the separation performance.
