65Mn CK67 high carbon cold rolled spring steel strip Hardened and Tempered Steel Strip Hardened and Tempered is a thermal process that strengthens steel strips through a controlled heating and cooling process. The hardening process involves heating the steel strip to above the rapidly cooling. The steel strip in this condition is extremely brittle and requires further treatment in the tempering. Then strips are reheated to a lower temperature and holding it at the given temperature for a given period of time. This process is done in an inert atmosphere to avoid oxidation. This type of steel strip has big degree of toughness and has excellent spring properties Standard AISI, ASTM, BS, DIN, GB, JIS Place of Origin China Material Hot Rolled Surface Polished Application shutter door, plastic trowel, bricklayer trowel, putty knives, scraper, springs, metal part, shoe insole, shoe accessories, blade, band saw blade Brand Name HENSON Width 2.0mm-300.0mm Length Customize Tolerance +/-10% Hardness 40-55HRC Surface nature, blue, yellow, white, polish Edge Slit,Round,Square MOQ 1000KGS Tolerance thickness+/-0.01mm max, width +/-0.05mm max Type strip, coil, sheet Coil ID 300-500 mm Tensile Strength 540-1575N/mm2 Yield Strength 370-1475N/mm2

Alloy 20 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy with outstanding corrosion resistance. Alloy 20 Olets provide strong sulfuric acid resistance. This alloy is also resistant to phosphoric acid, nitric acid, and aqueous salt solutions. Alloy 20 Olets are an excellent choice when chloride stress corrosion cracking is a concern since they resist pitting and crevice corrosion. Because the rate of corrosion can substantially increase in chloride ion-containing environments, caution should be exercised. Alloy 20 Olets may provide cost savings while outperforming typical stainless steels when compared to higher nickel-based alloys. Alloy 20 is a super-austenitic stainless steel that was developed for maximum corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid and other extreme environments where regular austenitic grades are ineffective. Hot-working and cold-working are two traditional ways of producing Alloy 20. It's also vital to determine whether or not the desired corrosion resistance can be achieved in a given environment. Alloy 20 is used in a variety of industries, including chemical processing, petrochemical and refining, marine, pharmaceutical, and food processing. End-use applications include storage tanks, mixing tanks, agitators, pump and valve parts, food processing equipment, fasteners, and fittings. Plastics and synthetic fiber manufacturing Equipment for chemical and petroleum processing, heat exchangers, and process piping
Classification : Monel Alloy 1.According to the preparation process can be divided into deformation superalloys, casting superalloys and powder metallurgy superalloys. 2.According to the strengthening mode, there are solid solution strengthening type, precipitation strengthening type, oxide dispersion strengthening type and fiber strengthening type, etc.
Classification : Hastelloy Alloy Hastelloy Alloy Coil is a versatile austenitic nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with enhanced resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. The high chromium content provides good resistance to oxidizing media while the molybdenum and tungst en content give good resistance to reducing media.Hastelloy Alloy Coil is particularly useful for resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in acid-halide environments.
