External Manual Clamps Features: Very easy to use. Manual Operation. Precision fitted to the proper specifications to ensure proper alignment and quick clamping with a convenient hand lever for quick line-up of the pipe. "No-Tack" model have an arched cross bar design which allows for 360 degree continuous welding without clamp removal. Available in sizes from 4" to above.

SPM Pipe welding pneumatic clamps assure a rapid, accurate alignment of two joints of pipe during the welding operation. Front and rear heads operate independently to lock the clamp into position. A specially designed shoe on each head exerts pressure uniformly around the inside circumference of the pipe to maintain necessary alignment. Each pipe welding pneumatic clamp is easily and quickly adjusted for different pipe wall thicknesses.
CASING END SEALS: Pipes are situated inside a casing near rivers, highways, railways or other such locations where safety is required. The opening between the carrier and the casing needs to be protected to prevent foreign material to enter. This opening is an attractive spot for corrosion and so is required to be kept dry. Custom designs can be made depending on whether it is a new installation or for retrofitting. Nik-San casing end seal are economic, easy to install and a clean solution.
