The research and development of new sustainable blends for the well-being and health of the human body is fundamental for Globyzza and two versions are currently available :
- CLASSIC with our own blend of flours that contain the goodness of olive pulp extracts and red grape skins, essential for the correct leavening of the dough and which guarantee high digestibility, rich in selenium and magnesium .
