Small diesel generator set is a diesel-fuelled internal combustion engine driven alternator small power generation equipment, power range is usually between 7-30kW, by the diesel engine, generator, control box and fuel tanks and other core components, suitable for emergency power supply or mobile scene.
The units are usually air-cooled, and some models are equipped with water-cooled cooling structure to improve efficiency, and the silent design can control the noise at 65-73dB. The structure integrates shock-absorbing spring base, universal wheels and handles to support mobile deployment. Standard features include voltage/current monitoring, battery starter, and optional ATS automatic switching and remote start. Technical improvements include a spiral tube cooling system with a ventilated electric fan for synergistic cooling, as well as multiple protection mechanisms such as low fuel consumption (205g/kw.h) and automatic voltage regulation [1].
