Confirmation by the Seller Through a Notary That the List of the Materials (Quantity,nr of Ampoules and Relevant Serial Number, Certificate of Analysis and Weight for Each Ampoule, Number of Boxes and Number of Ampoules Contained in Each Box ) Is Stored at the Adderss of Zuricher Freilager, Freilagerstrasse 47 Ch-8043 Zurich Ch, in the Warehouse Number 123 Under the Custody of Mr Red and Mr White, a Storage Contract to Be Shown, Free of Any Liens Incumbrancrs Plrdges or Any Other Legal Instrument Limiting Its Possession and the Possibility to Sell by the Seller to the Buyer
Declaration by the Warehouse, With an Officially Issued Stock Report, That the Storage of the Goods Is Paid in Full and That the Goods Are Free to Be Transfered
Confirmation by the Warehouse About the Quantity of the Material Stored There, Batch by Batch, Certificates of Analysis and Origins Customs Invoices at Entry in Ch and Any Other Document Which Is Requested by the Buyer for the Export, Also Confirming That the Material Is Legally Stored and Declared in Switzerland
