Payment and Shipping Terms :

Buyer to sign the contract with the Factory & 2 Facilitating Companies
2) Buyer will get the Invoice from the Facilitating Company to Transfer 50% Advance to the Factory directly by TT and Balance amount to be given by LC, Transferable, Divisible, Assignable and Confirmed LC at Sight, to the Facilitating company, which is on the contract,
3) Factory will do the Dispatch within 12 to 20 Days after receiving the 50% advance, which means Buyer can open LC after 10 days of paying advance TT,
The above process can be repeated on Monthly basis,
