your filtration needs.It can remove water and particulate material from

the air stream to protect downstream equipment from contamination, and

XF series compressed air filter is widely used for removal of various

impurities, such as dirt, dust, rust, condensates, moisture , oil

impurities in industrial manufacture for supplying oil-free gas. It

ensures low down time and reduces the production loss.

QAW series filter regulator combination minimizes space and piping by

integrating the 2 units into one. Standard features include a relieving

regulator, which can be quickly locked by pushing down on the adjustment

knob. The QAW is one part of the family of modular air preparation units

and can be combined with other similar sized products.

PQA/PQB series air breather filter protect your hydraulic system from

harmful airborne contaminants during normal breathing of the reservoir

as fluid levels fluctuate and other factors. To help insure system

For bulk liquid removal plus a 3 micron coalescer (5ppm w/w maximum remaining oil content)
Two-stage filtration
* First stage: two stainless steel orifice tubes provide 10 micron mechanical separation
* Second stage: in-depth fiber media captures solid and liquid particles to 3 micron

2). Air line filter (HF7)
For removal of liquid water and oil; removes solid particles to 1 micron (1.0 ppm w/w maximum remaining oil content)

* Firt stage: captures larger particles with alternate layers of fiber media and media screen
* Second stage: coalesces aerosols and captures solid particles with multiple layers of epoxy bonded, blended fiber media

3). High efficiency oil removal filter (HF5)
For coalescing fine water and oil aerosols; removes solid particles to 0.01 micron (0.01 ppm w/w maximum remaining oil content)

4). Ultra high efficiency oil removal filter (HF3)
For coalescing ultra-fine oil aerosols; removes solid particles to 0.01 micron (0.001 ppm w/w maximum remaining oil content)

* First stage: coated, closed cell foam sleeve acts as pre-filter and flow disperser
* Second stage: multiple layers of matrix blended fiber media for ultra-fine coalescence

5). Oil vapor removal filter (HF1)
For removal of oil and hydrocarbon vapors normally absorbable by activated carbon; removes solid particles to 0.01 micron (0.003 ppm w/w maximum remaining oil content)

* first stage: stabilized bed of finely divided carbon particles removes the majority of the oil vapor
* Second stage: multiple layers of fiber media with bonded micro fine carbon particles remove the remaining oil vapor
Multiple layers of fine media prevent particle migration
Outer coated, closed cell foam sleeve prevents fiber migration
Designed life is 1000 hours under rated conditions.

Airborne substances, viruses and other fine particles in the nanoscale range are filtered out of the air with a separation efficiency of 99.995 % and the activated charcoal filter also removes odours. The integrated CO2 sensor alerts you should additional ventilation be required.
