Kisters Wrap Around Packer 310 Kisters fully automated wrap around packer model 310 is a single-lane, high-performance packing robot for producing wrap-around and tray packs from stable individual products. It can handle tins, cans, jars, glass and PET bottles, as well as pre-packed products from the beverage, hygiene and food processing industry with high packaging speeds. It can process flat corrugated cardboard and full carton blanks in different qualities. In each case, the carton is folded tightly around the product groups and subsequently glued with hotmelt and it has a large and easily accessible cardboard blank magazine. Optimum packaging results are achieved in conjunction with the precise cardboard blank guides and the exact folding process. Wrapping robot can handle a wide range of formats. The unit is PLC-controlled and it can be easily adjusted for other packing formats. This machine has been packing beer tins (12/24 x 0.3 liters and 12 / 24 x 0.5 liters) into cartoon wrap-around packs at speed of 60 packs / min.
